The traditional manual method can no longer meet the demand, and automated production has become the development trend of the industry. However, there is still a considerable gap between the domestic horizontal parting stripping molding line and foreign countries, mainly manifested in poor accuracy, low efficiency, easy to misplace, unstable operation and other problems. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company draws on foreign advanced design, concept and manufacturing experience to develop a horizontal parting stripping molding line to solve this series of problems. Our products have the characteristics of high configuration, high efficiency and high precision, and have been unanimously praised by users. Our company developed and put into use YHH176 with core station horizontal line, sand mold size 700 X 600/180-250 (mm), which is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized castings, suitable for the production of general machinery, pipe fittings, automobiles, machine tools, railways, electric power, hydraulic machinery, sewing machines, engineering machinery and other small and medium-sized castings. In order to facilitate the core put, the molding machine adopts 1 cope box and 2 drag boxes, of which 1 drag box can be transferred out of the core without affecting the molding speed after molding, which can be used for the production of castings with complex cavities. The clamping accuracy error of the molding machine is less than 0.3mm, which is much higher than the manual clamping accuracy, and the molding efficiency is 100 mold/h. Our company can also customize molding lines of various sand mold sizes according to customer requirements. As of May 2020, the YHH288 (sand size 800 X 800/180-250 (mm)) double-station horizontal parting stripping molding line and supporting horizontal line of JQ10 automatic three-axis linkage tilting pouring machine have been developed successively. The YHH288 molding line further improves the sand mold size and molding efficiency, and the molding machine can reach more than 150 molds per hour.
